The Cusp app is currently intended to be used as a free app. Accordingly, the Cusp app and its functionalities (“Services”) are provided at no cost and intended for use as is. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, and alter (with prior notice to our users) our pricing policy subject to further updates to the Services.

Provided that upon deletion or deactivation of your account or the Cusp application, you may choose to opt out of receiving the said communications from Cusp.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, and Location. We do not request more information/data than is reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service and as required under applicable law. We assume that the information/data provided by you is true, accurate, current, non-misleading, consistent, and relevant.

WhatsApp OTP Delivery
To enhance security and improve your login experience, we may send One-Time Passwords (OTPs) via WhatsApp to your registered phone number. By signing up for Cusp, you consent to receiving such (including but not limited to) authentication messages.
